ODiate® Excitation Filter, 25.0 mm, 474 nm CWL, 37 nm FWHM
The OD8-EX474-37-B Excitation Filter is specified for excitaiton of GFP and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EM523-41-B and OD8-DCL498-D . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for 474 nm CWL and 37 nm FWHM and enhanced blocking ≥ OD10 avg over the corresponding emission passband.
